Penang...

Hm…tomorrow i’m going to take the moral education exam…after that…Me, Chia Yi, Feng Yi, Shin Lan and Yee Ying are heading to PENANG!!!!!!

PENANG HERE WE COME!!!!!

So excited about it….hahahahaha actually we haven’t started packing yet…cause Cy and Fy wanted to wait for someone first…that ‘someone’ isn’t coming back yet…still having her romantic time at Pyramid…

Let me see what i have done today…Oh yea…went to USJ 9 for blood test today, actually just to test out my cholesterol level…haven’t get the result yet though. Went to with Yee Ying and her sister, it’s free though, she recommended me to go as they have 1 extra ticket for the check-up. Been fasting for 12 hours since then and only had my brunch of dry pan mee at around 10am with a bunch of yee ying sisters’ friend…quite funny they are.

Went back to the condo at aorund 12pm…study a little bit of the moral then went back to sleep as i don’t sleep enough last night…

Went to ‘面对面’ (Face to Face) to eat dry pan mee again. –_-lll Hehehehehe so basically i have been having pan mee for the whole day of today. But both stall that sell pan mee tasted different and i’m a fan of noodle anyway so no problem with eating noodle the whole day ><lll

Later went to Pyramid again, to get something…hahahaha sat at the lobby of Pyramid Tower for quite some time as we are waiting for the shuttle bus to come…talked with Cy and Fy there…so funny both of them…

Reach Condo…bath and saw a cockroach in MY ROOM!!! Use a broom to catch it out…SAFE!!!! Well…that’s all about it for today…

Won’t be posting any new blog after this as i’ll only be back to Bandar Sunway next Monday for the mean time will be in Peang ENJOYING myself Muahahahahhahahaha!!!!

Something new in Pyramid

Here are some new shops in Pyramid that i visited these few days…

1. Tutti Frutti

This shop sells frozen yogurt, it’s delicious ya know?? First we take a paper cup of different size that we want, then choose the yogurt flavours and pull the trigger to let the frozen yogurt out. It’s just like how it is when we went to buy ice cream just that we have to do it ourself here.

There are quite a few choices to choose from actually and there are some other toppings too, charged differently. After all that, we will put the cup on the weighing machine and we pay depend on how many grams we took. Well as usual, it’s not cheap either but it’s de~li~cious~~~

 

 

2. Papa John

Papa John is the new pizza shop in Pyramid, hm…let me see, it’s pizza yes but then of course there will be something different between this and the other pizzas…

The plate is square in shape, for pizza hut it’s round  ><llll…not sure about domino as we always have it delivered and fork and knife. Hahahhaa

Here’s the difference, they provide us with this preserved chillies, it taste salty and a little spicy at the same time, it’s spicy for me as i can’t really eat hot.

As for the yellow sauce in the picture, actually it’s butter with garlic. This sauce is used to eat with the bread (if you order one that is) or with pizza if you prefer it…but to tell the truth…i don’t like it as it’s too butter~ish… but for those who love butter it’s the best for them i suppose.

Here comes their pizza.. the crust is different of course…it’s totally oven baked without butter, margarine or any other oily stuff used to spread on the bottom of the pizza..how do i know that?? Well we can see the staff make the pizza there actually, so it’s kinda obvious to me.  Actually the pizza comes with their special ‘Pizza Sauce’ here in Papa John, they don’t use chilli or tomata sauce they use pizza sauce it tasted like spaghetti sauce to me, very different from the usual ordinary tomato and chilly sauce provided. It somehow comes perfectly with the pizza here…i just love it. Hehehehehhe

Actually, i also ate their baked rice…not bad either, love the mushrooms…should have ask them to add in more for me…but somehow i think they are going to ignore me *just joking*

Today...

Hm...today is quite a relaxing day for me...woke up..had coffee with bread then started reading some articles from the internet...Feng Yi is here with me...at around 3pm...we went to Medan to have our lunch...i eat rojak...not bad actually the taste, taste a little like java mee though but well it's nice. Feng yi on the other hand had fried rice...

Later after we come back, i started playing rocket mania for a while and PLANTS VS ZOMBIE FOR A LONG WHILE!!! This game is addictive for real...started playing at 4pm till 6pm...2 long hours hehehehehe and yea...the game is not finish yet...still have a lot to go though...going to sleep at 10pm today, wanted to go back to a more normal and healthier lifestyle now instead of the usual 12am or 1am!!!

Mock Ended and some other stuff that happened before that… ^^v

Finally again…the mock ended!!! What a relief that is…now what i’m looking forward to is the trip to Penang, even though it’s only for a few days but still i’ll get to enjoy myself for the mean time before the real exam comes…

 

Here’s what we ate yesterday when our mock exam officially ended…

‘WANTAN FEVER’….yes we ate lot and lots of wantan…some fried and some steamed…what i can say is…nice!!!

For the past few days…can’t really remember what i ate as i don’t have the mood to eat…even if i really did..can’t even remember the taste as i was busy looking at the notes… and other than that…Porridge delivery by Chia Yi and Feng Yi with mouth watering ‘you tiao’ and ‘ma jiao’!!! Didn’t get to take photos of those as we were really really really hungry at that time…SURPRISE by Chia yi as she bought Cinnabon for me and Shin Lan…ah…… can’t resist it…just can’t..chocolate cinnabon…my favourite!! Shin Lan’s too (I think   ><lll)

So ya…that’s what happened yesterday!!! Now here are some of the stuff that happened for the past few days:

1. The Air-Con in my room:

see the ice inside the air-con???!!! well…yea..ICE!!!! It started dripping water don’t remember since when…but it’s was one hell of a day for me…at night i can hear the sound of ice cracking and water dripping so i have to wake up at mid-night to stuff tissuessssss on the air-con to protect my notes from swimming in the pool of ice water

 

Here’s a more clearer view of it…but now the air-con is working fine, the actual problem is that the air-con had ran out of gas..

Hahahhaha one of the ice cube that dropped from the air-con...extreme right??

 

 

 

2. My Room’s Window

Yes…as you can see it’s sealed with newspapers…why?? It’s too bright in the afternoon sometimes with the sun penetrating in…and makes the room very hot even with the air-con working on full blast. Who’s idea was it?? Shin Lan and thanks to her…my room is now on a cooler atmosphere compared to last time. Muahahahhaha

 

 

 

3.Donut

This donut is a treat from Pei Chin, our unit new housemate…she came in few weeks ago and is now a roommate of Yee Ying. It’s from Krispy Kreme, this donut stall is super duper expensive, normally assorted donuts are sold for $2.20 each but in Krispy Kreme it’s sold for $2.80 each. Hm…maybe some of these days i’ll have to go to pyramid and make a survey of all donuts and have a taste of each stall to find out whether which stall is my favourite. Hehehehhehe….interesting!!!

 

 

4. Lastly…the day before last mock paper: 

This photo was taken by shin lan…she’s disrupting me from relaxing myself with my guitar!!! But…cute right roro (the yellow teddy bear ‘hanging’ on my guitar)

Hahahhaha so CUTE!!!! Roro wanted to play the guitar too…but it seems like it have a hard time getting a hold of the guitar twice it’s size!!!

Mock Exam

Mock Exam is coming up next week...so i'll be busy with my studies and won't be blogging till the end of my mock..probably by next saturay...

MoonCake Festival

3/10/2009:

Today is the moon cake festival….it’s can be considered a day for the family to gathered together, but sadly…I’m in KL and so…not with my family. Alone?? Well not quite as Shin Lan is here…we are spending the moon cake festival together…doing what?? Studying with movies to accompany us when we get tired of studying…other than that…talked!!! We went to pool side to have dinner just now….and know what we have found out??

THERE AREN”T ANY CHINSES THERE!!! All are foreigners from Korea, Africa, Indonesia, and others that we can’t identify…Worst of all…no moon cake to eat!!!....so what a moon cake festival we are having here….suddenly Shin Lan said desperately wanted to eat moon cake…maybe just to get the feel of the festival….Hahahhahaha this is the first year where I’ll be spending the moon cake festival without my family with me….felt quite weird though.

Me: ‘Shin Lan, 没有月饼吃, 吃月饼皮嘛!’

Shin Lan : ‘炸到’

Hm….Sunday tomorrow…then class on Monday again!!! And soon…mock and after that…FINALS!!!! It seems that for the 2^nd sem, the time passed by very fast. And it’s almost the end of the year already….seems like I have just arrived in KL not that long ago. Fast isn’t it??

Oh…sorry for not posting any new updates here for the past few days…well you see the hostel is ‘upgrading’ their internet service here and that was few weeks ago!! Till now….the internet just started working and for the past few days I weren’t able to go online as the internet was down. Just glad that the internet started working now.

11.45pm….at this time, everything started to change!!!

Just than…she showed me the MOON CAKE!!!

Me: ‘WAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’ *A wide smile and my eyes were shining brightly that time*

I was so touched at that time. Also thanks to Malcolm for bringing the moon cake to Shin Lan and 'indirectly' to me =p
