Trip to Penang (Butterworth and George Town) Part 1/3

Hahahahaha so finally i had found the mood to blog about Penang so let’s start:

The Day before

in Penang, here’s what we did: (any déjà vu?? cause that’s what i blog about during the trip to Malacca too)

Our room was in a terrible mess...look at all the begs on the right side and the clothes on the bed??!!

YES!!! Torture RORO!!! Since it’s the so called ‘killer-bear’ said Amelia!!! MUahahahahah

Where’s it’s mom anywhere?? Didn’t come to her child rescue!!

There she is!! Extorting lots and lots of movie from the xsocam here before she go back!! *that’s why didn’t bother about saVING her child =p *

OH NO!!! Not ‘little dou’

Looks like someone is bored…with nothing to do but torture our teddies!! @_@’’

Guess who is the torturer?? Left or Right??

Hahaha our beds…in a big mess…wonder how we slept that day!!! #_#lll

Well…went for moral exam the day after and get ready to go to 1 Utama Aeroline Bus Station….

First Day

in the process and in Penang.

Here we go…inside Aeroline..hahaha it’s a double-Decker bus..with seats all in the second floor and a meeting area with toilet for ‘light’ usage on the ground floor.. Aeroline make use of the concept of air plane..the only difference is that it’s on the ground. There are 1 cabin crew with 1 captain. Cool right?? It’s not everyday that we get to be served on BUS!!! Took off at around 3pm

Large TV which screened out 2 movies for us to enjoy during the 4-5 hours journey to Penang

Eating…so hungry as we missed out lunch to eat what’s provided in the bus

We were provided with headphone too…good quality ones of course…it’s light which won’t be a burden to our head and ears

Basically..you can just ignore this picture ><lllllll

‘NO HEAVY USAGE’ Hahahhaha

Our meals were served soon after…SUBWAY!!! Mine’s vegetarian of course…delicious!!!

Mineral water given to us, Digestive Biscuits bought by us and Chocolate given by Malcolm…was enjoying our self in the bus

EMMMM…YUMMY!!!

Basically, we ate, slept and watch movie for the whole journey… Not sure what time we arrived in Penang but i think it’s around 4++ hours..

After reaching…waiting for a while for Shin Lan’s father to pick us up at one of the station…then went to have dinner as we only had SubWay bread for lunch…was very hungry then…Didn’t get to take picture of our dinner as i had totally forgotten about it..><lll too hungry i guess…

Finally…arrived in Shin Lan’s house..bath and>>>>>>

Second Day in Penang

This is the day where we really did go around George Town as for the first day we didn’t do much.

In the morning, we went to Apollo to have breakfast, Apollo is a ‘Pasar’ in butterworth, sells a lot of stuff, foods, groceries, cloths, etc, etc… OUR THEME IS ‘BEACH THEME’ TODAY!!

Inside the truck which is also use as a changing room…went to buy jeans there..

inside the truck…there’s a mirror too…not bad right?? still got changing room for us when we buy clothes in pasar… =D

While waiting for Yee Ying, Xing Lei and few guys to join us…we went to the sea side…

Oh almost forgot…the statue behind us are as a memorial for those who sacrificed during the war in Penang..there a sword in the middle of the statue

Forgot what’s the name of this building but it have a very nice view at night.

Nothing to do so took a lot of ‘fei fei’ pictures here…

After that, one child below 12years old wanted to eat ice-cream, also heard the sound of ringing bell of those who are selling ice- cream… Hahahhaa yea..i remember now…we shouted for the ice-cream man to stop as he went passed us…

Soon after that, the people who we are waiting for had arrive. They discussed who to bring us to and finally a decision is made…

FRUIT ICE!! Going to eat fruit ice first..and here we GO!!!

As we know, Malaysia is famous for this kind of statue in the middle of the road so here’s one on our way

On the way, we also saw this small hut it’s the hut of lovers actually, well that’s what we were told

Finally after around 45 minutes drive we got our reward:

Fruit ICE!!

Here’s a closer look…there’s watermelon, the topping on top is blended mango and other varieties of fruits below plus syrup too

WOW>>>8 bowls for the 2 of us?? @_@ NO WAY!!..of course not..hahaha

Here comes something interesting…

Yes it’s the toilet

see anything different about the toilet?? well while you are ‘busy’ you get to enjoy the view outside…the view of nature!!! first time seeing a toilet that that..felt quite unsafe somehow ahahhaha

Now back to more nice view

So after filling out stomach with fruit ice, we went down the hill again, on the way up and down the hill there are extremely nice view too here here i’m going to show it to you all =D

and thus…can’t resist the beauty of it, we went down to take photos again…actually it’s in the middle of the road but there’s a empty place to park our cars and no cars around it either and so…

This 2 really know how to enjoy themselves…^^ (YES WE DO!!!!!!..lolx)

Season in M’sia Now…

It’s raining season in Selangor here now…it’s been raining non-stop from around 2pm today till now…think it’s going to stop soon…if not it’s going to be a very cold night tonight…though it’s good to sleep when it’s raining =)

It’s not fog in the picture…it’s raining but of course my camera can’t capture the raindrops…

 

Looks foggy isn’t?? Oh don’t mind the black dot on the right…there’s some problem with my camera.

So cold…no need air-con to cool me up hahahahah

A little update about myself here

So i had came back from Penang, went for T9 EDC class (another name for revision class), each day 6 long hours of lecture...well since T9 is tax so the class is still bearable.. not very sure for T8 though...all theory and i believe we're all going to be in 'Secretary Mode' that day.

As for today, went to eat Pan Mee at 'Face to Face' (面对面) Restaurant, hahaha it's the second time i go to that place, the pan mee there really very nice. Also the bubur cha cha miss it a lot...usually i'm going to eat it when i go back to my hometown since there aren't many places where they sell it. If you are a fan of Pan Mee you should go there and have a try at their special pan mee there..of course u have to eat it with the different kind of chillies provided there taste extremely GOOD!!! The chilly is hot but not too spicy, it taste real good!!!

After having dinner at face to face restaurant, went to Pyramid to search for present, helping out actually. Hm...later went in search for groceries...

Been having 'not so health' food these few days, having my meals outside after coming back from Penang, lazy to cook i think...been cooking for the past few months...need a break for myself, but going to start cooking again next week. =D To tell the truth a little lazy to update about my trip to Penang..a lot to write but don't worry going to blog about it soon..will blog it since quite a few of my friends in Brunei wanted to know about it =) not going to disappoint you all there ^^v

Other than that...also watch CSI New York: Crime Scene Investigation. A very good movie actually, like to watch it. It's just fascinating when they're trying to find out who the killer was, the technology they use, they way they think and do things, especially the experiment that they did and the logic they came out with it's just so unbelievable and too fascinating. Even with a small evidence they can got so many clues out of it and they way they look things in so detail!!!

Ok won't go into that anymore...if not it'll be endless...Hahaha will stop here for today...GAMBATE to those who are striving hard for their EXAMS!!!

Back…with the making of Chia Yi’s B’day Present

Hey there everyone, i’m back from my trip to Penang..will elaborate about Penang in another post much later after i get my hands on the much needed and wanted photos.

In this post i want to blog about the making of Chia Yi’s B’day Present

Here..have to wear gloves to touch her present, what kind of present did we buy for her that must be wrapped with gloves on?? @_@lll

So here are all the materials needed for her present: A greeting card, original bag for keeping her present, a beautiful box, a sponge and a black piece of paper…

Here we go around making her present…cutting cutting….amending here and there…here and there…bla bla bla bla bla….after a minutes…

TADA!!!! A angel necklace!!!! (I won’t elaborate on the angel thing here)

Nice right?? Cute…suits her since she like white and it’s cute

and here's the reason why i need to wear the gloves..the necklace we bought for her was crystal so according to the sales assistance she said that only the person wearing the gloves can touch it as it got something to do with the soul or something like that, don't really remember, other people cannot touch it...that's why i had to wear gloves.

Lastly, it’s DONE!!!

Hm…been thinking about what to buy for her 1 month before the trip to Penang as me and Shin Lan wanted to give her a surprise there… Actually her birthday’s on 1 of December but we make it on the 1 November because maybe by that time she’s back in Malacca and everyone else are not around in Bandar Sunway…so yea..

Muahahahha she’s definately surprise by this present. Thanks to Feng Yi for helping out in the process too.
