Portuguese Egg

The Portuguese Egg Tarts were fantastic, Eve and Carmen, who are also my housemate bough it for us. The egg tarts were really superb…the best that I have ever eaten so far, from the Mr.Siew Bao stall in sunway pyramid. All of you should have a try if you get the chance, just superb…speechless really.

...I'm back...=(

Something happened in my hometown so that’s why I couldn’t post any new updates here, sorry about that. So let me see…after I come back to the condo, I slept like a log…because didn’t have enough sleep for the past 1 week.

At night, start cooking at around 6.50pm…still waiting for Shin Lan to come back from penang to have dinner with us. (Feng Yi, Chia Yi and Me) First of all, we prepared the ikan bilis soup, cooked by Chia Yi and helped by Feng Yi. After that we cooked, hot dog with my special sauce, egg, cabbage and butter fish…hahahhaa Chia Yi and Shin Lan kept on eating the butter fish like 2 starving people who hasn’t been eating for the past few years….especially Chia Yi who was so eager to see how I cook that >

All of us were so full….Shin Lan washed the plate until she went a little @_@ because there were a lot of plates to wash, she told me that her hand was very tired muahahhahaha

Have to continue my studies after this as I have missed the lesson for few days…need to catch up with the others here.

Snowy

Went to Snowy at Sunway Pyramid with Yee Ying on Wednesday, went to Shi Ling as Yee Ying was hungry and wanted to eat something, she had the famous oyster mee sua...i tried some, not bad actually. After that we went to snowy for desert, i ordered the something something with mango and Yee Ying had the something something with honeydew.

Ohhhhh it was so cold and so nice...so cooling...even yee ying felt chilling after eating that desert. Next we went to shop around then went home to have bitter gourd bee hoon. Hehehehe

The chicken rice in the pot...actually this picture was takan after we started eating...as all of us are starving so didn't think of taking any pictures...but well at least there's something to see. Well it doesn't look really good in this picture but wait until you tried it!!!


Muahahahaha so all 5 of us, Chia Yi, Feng Yi, Shin Lan, Yee Ying and I had Chicken Rice cooked and prepared specially by Chia Yi who got the recipe from her mom. ^_^

Woke up at around 10am today...and saw Chia Yi studying outside the hall and guess what time she woke up today after this morning where we slept at 2am?? 8AM!!! That's so so early....Hahhahaha but it's all right i guess as she can slept in a blink...unlike the rest of us who have to see her sleep first. Hahahahhaha Oh yea...back to the chicken rice -_-lll got carried away...hehehehe....

Chia Yi was peeling the onions which must be fried first..so i helped her out...muahahaha and here's the funny thing...both of us ended up 'crying'...not crying as in really crying because our tears start to flow out halfway through cutting the onions...it's really...um...what the word...well you'll know when cutting onions from THAILAND...yes thailand onions!!! Hohohohoho...later Feng Yi helped us with fyring the onions....hahahaha she and Chia Yi had quite an interesting conversation when ever both of them are in the kitchen.

Much later...1hr before lunch time for us... we began preparing the ingredients for the chicken rice...The chicken was marinated yesterday so we dumped the chicken in after the rice start to boil...Yes yes yes i know..i'm a vegetarian and why CHICKEN?? Well i can always have the rice without chicken right?? Yea and so did i. As my youngest brother always say when he wanted to eat chicken rice: 'Auntie, 鸡饭不要鸡' Actually to tell the truth, I was laughed by quite a lot of people when i say that, though i didn't really order anything...But well...i don't mind being laughed at actually...hehehehehe actually i'm glad that i bring laughter to them when saying that ^^v *peace*

Oh...back to my main topic...well the smell of the chicken rice was so tempting when it's almost cooked....stomach was discontented after smelling such nice fragrant!!! So at around 1pm, we finally had our lunch. Actually we fried the onion twice as all of us in this household is the big fan of onion @_@

Hm...still thinking what's for dinner actually...not sure whether i should eat or not?? Well i guess i'll have to see how it goes first.

And Finally..Special Thanks to Chia Yi who bough us this delicious meal today. All 5 of us were DEFINATELY BLOATED!!!!
